How to create custom report templates?

The custom report templates feature allows you to create your own custom templates based on EPD Hub's default templates.


This feature is available for Pre-verified EPD Hub V2 tool. For Product LCA (EPD) users, you can create company-specific EPDs and Background reports, and the feature supports templates in other languages.


The feature can be accessed from Organisation page under tab "Custom report templates":

To create a custom report template:

  1. Please download the default template from the section "Available Default Templates". In this section you can download the Word templates that are used by the tools that you have in your licenses.

  2. Use the default template to build your own custom Word template

  3. Upload (add) the new custom template to the "Templates" section, by selecting the correct tool and template type (EPD or Background report, for example):

Your custom report can be downloaded from the Results page, under "More actions" in the top right corner:

When building your custom report template, ensure that fields labeled 'REPLACE...' are not edited to maintain the accuracy of the data presented.
